These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all transactions between Fazup Sàrl (hereinafter "we," "our," "Yisu," or "Fazup") and customers (hereinafter "you" or "Customer") for the purchase of Yisu brand apparel products through our website yisu.io.
By placing an order, you acknowledge having read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
All Yisu products are custom-designed apparel featuring original artwork and designs created by our brand. Product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are provided for information purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to:
Manufacturing processes and material variations
Screen display differences
Print-on-demand production methods
Products are manufactured on-demand and orders are subject to:
Material availability
Production capacity
Technical feasibility
Products cannot be modified once the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun, typically within 24 hours of confirmation.

Purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
This limitation applies except for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Supply chain disruptions
Printing partner operational issues
Government regulations or restrictions
Your personal data is processed in accordance with:

Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)
EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with consideration for mandatory EU consumer protection laws where applicable.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Delémont, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection jurisdictions.

Note: We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before consumer arbitration boards.
